LSC's objective is to strengthen the foundation of food safety training by providing a select range of effective training modules from three of the top CFP/ANSI accredited certification programs in the food service industry.

Currently there are three exams that meet the Conference for Food Protection (CFP) standards and the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) for accreditation.

Each of these exams are listed per the FDA 2005 Food Code as a satisfactory requirement for knowledge obtained by a food service professional in a management or supervisory position.
